What is so good about Papaya?

Papayas have been known as ‘Fruit of the Angels’ I have to agree, since moving to QLD 3 years ago, we have made this fruit apart of our morning routine!

Papaya contains papain, which is known as a powerful digestive aid. This tasty fruit not only improves digestion, it also helps your body to detoxify.
It can improve heart health, reduce inflammation, it is packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Health and wellbeing is the number one focus in our home,
You have to understand that this is more simple that you may imagine.
Eat whole foods!
This fruit is packed with Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Folate, the vitamins and minerals from fruit are readily absorbed by your body, building a strong immune system.

So many people rely on someone else for their health care, I believe health and wellbeing should be our responsibility.
Supermarkets are full of fake foods which are loaded with chemical additives.
It wasn’t so many generations ago that people had a rainwater tank and a veggie patch.
People ate real foods.
If you look around you will find that there is a local farmers market near you.
We shop at our local farmers market every week and enjoy spray free/organic produce.
This is a great way to start taking your health into your own hands.
