Almond Meal Bliss Balls

I have been making almond mylk each week and I’m left with a mini mountain of almond meal, so I’ve been making these rad bliss balls.

Here’s the recipe if you are an almond milker and want to make the most of this nutritious seed! (Yes, an almond is a seed :)

1 cup of left over almond pulp
1 cup medjool dates
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 teaspoons of raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon of melted coconut oil
The rind of half an orange
Pinch of salt

Extra coconut to coat the bliss balls

If you have a food processor, blend together and roll.
If you don’t have a processor you can crumb the ingredients in a Nutri Bullet then pour into a bowl and mix together by hand.

I am always left with two cups of almond pulp so I double this recipe.
Feel free to throw in a spoonful of peanut butter, currents, chia seeds or anything you like, this is a great base recipe!
